DialCare is a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians who use electronic health records, telephone consultations and online video consultations to diagnose, recommend treatment and write short term, non-DEA controlled prescriptions, when appropriate.

Physicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing you and your family convenient access to quality care from home, work or on-the-go.

Cost of Consultation: Free!

Consultations per Month = UNLIMITED( for your household only)

A medical history disclosure (MHD) is necessary prior to requesting a consult. You can complete disclosure either online or by calling Customer Service. If taken over the phone, a $12 charge will be assessed.

Plan members are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount medical plan organization. You have the right to cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5).
