When you first sign up to join the Dental Power Plan you should receive 3 emails. After your account is processed you should receive a Welcome Customer email. This will give you the login information into your back office and some of your sponsor's contact information. Within 3 to days after signing up you should receive an email with your Purchase Power number and instructions on logging into the savings portal. 2 to 3 weeks later you will also receive a welcome kit sent with your membership cards and the information regarding your discounts. However, you can log into your back office to order business cards, brochures, and sales tools.
